Pump Guard Mould Release Agent 5L is a highly efficient release material for concrete, screed and other construction products. It has been developed using the latest water-soluble polymer technology to produce an environmentally friendly and highly effective release material for use on a wide variety of plant machinery.
PUMPGUARD is ready to use and particularly suited to outdoor use on all surface areas including metals, plastics, fibreglass, rubber and similar.

Application:
Apply thinly by spray or brush to machine surface areas. Application should be a minimum of 1 hour before using machinery. This allows the excess water to evaporate and the release film to be fully established. Protect from rain when the pump guard is still wet.
Storage:
Pump Guard Mould Release Agent 5L is a water-based product that should be protected from frost. Containers must be kept sealed after use. The product requires agitation before use if stored for more than 21 days.
Health and Safety:
Prolonged physical contact should be avoided, and personal and environmental hygiene should be encouraged in common with the use of all chemical products. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect the eyes, they should be bathed immediately with clean water, and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought. See the Safety Data Sheet for further information.
