Rubber Hose Sponge Cleaning Ball
Our Rubber Hose Sponge Cleaning Balls are available in 30mm, 45mm, 60mm, 120mm (4 inches), and 150mm (5 inches). They are supplied in medium density. The Rubber Hose Sponge Cleaning Balls are commonly used to clean cementitious products out of rubber delivery hoses. They are very popular with contractors who pump screeds, grouts, plasters, renders, and concrete.
- 30mm – used for 25mm rendering whip hose or delivery hose on smaller electric machines (MixPro 28, PFT Ritmo or similar)
- 45mm – used for 35mm rendering delivery hose on larger electric machines and diesel machines (MixPro 50, Compact Pro 80 or SP11 render set-up)
- 60mm – used for 50mm screed and grout hoses (Putzmeister SP11, Euromair CP80 and Flow Screed Pumps)
- 80mm – used for 65mm hose for traditional screed pumps (Putzmeister M760 and M740)
- 100mm – used for 80mm (3 inch) concrete pumping hose (Utiform V3 or Euromair D140 wash out bung)
- 120mm – used for 4-inch concrete pumping hose (RoLine cleaning ball) (Putzmeister RoLine concrete pump and similar)
- 150mm used for 5-inch concrete pumping hose (line pump cleaning ball)
- 175mm used for 6 inch (150mm Pipe) (line pump cleaning ball) (slurry pump cleaning ball)
Sponge balls are not always orange; they can also be yellow or blue, but don’t worry; they work exactly the same way.
