Using this website indicates that you fully accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
CES cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.
Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.
Orders must be placed before noon for delivery the following day.

Delivery policy
Customers wishing to order online and have items delivered to non-UK mainland sites, remote areas may incur a delivery cost. Delivery Address – As we understand our customers may wish to have items delivered to project sites different from their billing address, we have made it possible for you to choose a delivery address.
Billing Address – For the purposes of verification this must currently be the same address as the Credit or Debit card used to place the other is registered at. Minimum age requirements.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18
Returns and Faulty Goods
Returns – If a customer orders the incorrect product it must be returned at the customers expense; we will replace with correct product and extra charge if there is a price difference on goods. Faulty goods.
If a product is damaged or faulty, the customer can return the goods and we will organise a replacement free of charge. When returning a faulty product please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received. You should also include your invoice.
Our customer service team is available on 01494 715 472. Refund – CES are able to offer a refund within 10 days from date of invoice a refund cannot be issued until the goods are returned to us. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service team on 01494 715 472. CES accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron and Solo debit cards.
Security
If you decide to register with the CES website,We take care of your account by never sharing your user details with anyone, and selecting a password unique to this site.
Each registration is for a single user only. You should not share your user name and password with any other person, or with multiple users on a network.

You can change your password at any time by accessing your Account Information page, and selecting ‘’Edit your account information’.
Privacy and Data
Security measures taken – CES are responsible for any transaction taking place on our website. Upon payment, the customer will be transferred securely to a secure payment page powered by Sage Pay. CES Hire Ltd. do not store any bank or credit/debit card details entered.
All transaction information passed between our website and the Sage Pay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to Sage Pay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
3D Secure
3-D Secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. On payment you will be redirected through the ‘3D Secure gateway’ and, depending on your settings, asked to fill in your password to complete the transaction.
Privacy statement
CES do not store or handle Credit/Debit card details directly and this information is not stored within our databases. We will share information with Sage Pay only to the extent necessary for the purposes or processing payments you make via our website. CES does not share any customer information with other organisations.
